Charming stay with delightful breakfast
I loved the spacious Superior Double or Twin Room with its fantastic towels and a lovely view of the church from my window. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an amazing full English spread along with brilliant coffee. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. One minor improvement could be expanding the beverage selection in the room.

I had a lovely stay with clean, well-appointed rooms and enjoyed the convenience of free parking right outside. The sun terrace and cozy garden were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the doorways can be a bit low, so watch your head if you're taller than average! 😊

The Superior Double or Twin Room featured a comfortable layout perfect for a couple seeking space to relax. The historical charm of the building added a unique touch that made the stay memorable.
Traffic noise made it tough to settle in, even with secondary glazing. Wifi reliability left much to be desired—I couldn't get it to work in my room. The steepish stairs could be a challenge for some, and the hotel completely shut down in the evening, limiting options for food and drink. a local pub was fine, but it felt odd returning to a quiet building without any buzz.
